A Rainy Night in Osaka | Dotonbori (Muslim Japan Travel)
Oh, Osaka. To go back to a dreamy night of misty rain and getting lost in a sea of umbrellas… The Dotonbori was such an experience! Having only one proper night in Osaka made it hard to decide what to do, where to go, and how to spend our time, but going to the Dotonbori street and canal was the best decision we could have made!

places mentioned:
▸ 東京駅, Tōkyō-eki (Tokyo Station)
▸ McDonalds (Try the ebi/shrimp burger!)
▸ Dotonbori (Osaka — suggestion: go later in the day or when it’s dark out so you can take in the sights of the signs lit up at night! Try some of the infamous takoyaki while you’re there and hop on over to the Shinsekai, another 24 hour shopping arcade, or the Tenjinbashisuji, the longest indoors shopping strip in Japan, if you have time!)
not shown, but suggested:
▸ Kuromon Market (fresh food market under a cover, closes early)
▸ Cup of Noodles Museum (this museum also closes rather early, so plan accordingly)
▸ Osaka Castle
